Tropical Isles Mobile Home Park is a 55+ community. It is located just east of Highway US-1 south of Fort Pierce, Florida, convenient to Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, and numerous Florida attractions.
The manufactured home community provides affordable retirement living for active seniors.
Tropical Isles Mobile Home Park is owned and operated by Tropical Isles Co-op, Inc., a Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation (the Co-op). The Co-op was formed by residents of Tropical Isles in December 2006. The Co-op completed the purchase and took ownership of the property on April 19, 2007.
The Co-op is owned by residents of the Tropical Isles Community. Ownership by residents insures that the property will not be converted to some use other than a manufactured home community without the involvement and consent of a majority of the Co-op owners. Indeed, the Co-op was formed and purchased the property to help protect residents from such an occurrence.
Surf, Sand and Sun
Tropical Isles is near the Indian River Estuary and the warm waters of the Atlantic Gulfstream. Residents and guests regularly enjoy the beaches.
Not into surf and sand? That's okay. Tropical Isles has a lovely swimming pool and hot tub right in the community.
